These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Qlive Space platform and website (collectively, the "Services") operated by QLIVE CONNECT PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

• "Content" refers to any information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, videos, messages, or other materials that users submit, upload, post, or transmit through our Services.
• "Platform" refers to the Qlive Space educational platform and associated websites.

Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate and current.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password used to access the Services and for any activities or actions under your account. We encourage you to use a "strong" password (containing upper and lower case letters, numbers, and special characters) for your account.

User Content and Conduct

Our Services allow users to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain Content. You are responsible for the Content that you post, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting Content to our Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your Content solely for the purposes of operating, developing, and improving our Services.

• Use the Services to advertise or offer to sell any goods or services without our express consent.

Educational Services and Fees

We offer educational services through our Qlive Space platform, including but not limited to, demo classes, regular tutoring sessions, and educational assessments.

Some of our Services are offered on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with the Services you select. All fees are in the currency specified at the time of purchase and are non-refundable except as provided in these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify our fees at any time with notice to users. Continued use of the Services after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the new fees.

Free Demo Classes

We may offer free demo classes to allow users to experience our Services. These demo classes are subject to availability and are provided at our discretion. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule demo classes with reasonable notice.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Services and their original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of QLIVE CONNECT PRIVATE LIMITED and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both India and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of QLIVE CONNECT PRIVATE LIMITED.

Limitation of Liability

In no event will QLIVE CONNECT PRIVATE LIMITED, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the Services, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business or anticipated savings, loss of use, loss of goodwill, loss of data, and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract, or otherwise, even if foreseeable.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless QLIVE CONNECT PRIVATE LIMITED, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services.
