Make your application count

What happens after you apply is on how we hire.

  1. 1

    Record the voice note properly

Every form asks for one, and some say plainly that applications without it aren't reviewed. Speak the way you would to a student: clear, warm and unhurried.

  2. 2

Be specific about what you teach

Subjects, curricula and grades you're confident in, not everything you could manage. We match on these.

  3. 3

    Tell us your real hours

Classes are only placed inside the hours you give. Honest hours mean classes that stick.
